The Muddy Pig, one of St. Paul’s best craft beer pubs, is hosting its first annual Belgian Beer Festival from Sept. 12-14. I’m planning to be there to try as many of the 40+ Belgians they’ll have on draught as I possibly can without winding up in jail with a DWI. Good thing I have friends that live a block away from the place.

Wish I had a full list to share of what’s in store, but yesterday’s paper cited a few interesting offerings that’ll be there, including La Chouffe N’Ice, Oud Beersel Framboise, and Echt Kriekenbier. Look for the reviews…
